Beautiful flat to rent, 2 minutes to the beach. It is rented for summer 2007 (july, august, september). The flat is in c/ La Caramba (you can check it in a Malaga's city map), 2 minutes walking to the beach and to new Antonio Banderas’s Paseo Marítimo, a place full of chiringuitos, tapas bar and restaurants.
The flat has new furniture, has all the mod cons you can need and has been remodelated recently: doors, tiles and bathroom are new. It has three spacious and luminous bedrooms, each one with its own bed (new mattress), table and wardrobe. It has air conditioning in one room and, in the living-room, a ventilator and a wide large window.
In addition to be very close to the beach, so you can be there all the day, the flat is 10 minutes from the city center (Cathedral, McDonald’s), thanks to several buses that are very frecuent; and so with Torremolinos-Benalmádena-Fuengirola, thanks to buses and to cercanías (train).. Also, it has supermarkets, the train's station, the bus station, and a shopping center very close.
