Hey! I´m renting a room for a student (preferable foreign) from 25 of August. I speak spanish, some english and a few french. Flat to share with a girl (Me) and two boys.

Excellent location at just 10 min by bus from "Plaza Mayor", and close to supermarkets, stores, Flat´s completly renewed, with wireless connection if u have a laptop; there´s a washing machine, microwave, and of course, all the utensils to cook, heat ETC. Price is 300 euros a month. Electricity, water and heating aren’t included, but there is acces to wi-fi internet connection. Deposit is 300 euros, wich will be refundable (for sure!) if there´s no unpaid bills or dammage to the property. The room is completly furnished (bed, nightable, closet, writing-desk), and the flat it´s cozy, very clean and nice. Me, I respect other people´s belongings, privacy and sleep...and of course, I expect the same.

I´m looking for someone fun and nice to live with, but above all, RESPONSABLE, that pays on time. It´s cool if u bring friends or boyfriends but not people around 24/7 ,or realize 1 day that ur boy friend is living with us! I don´t want to be reminding you that is up to u to clean up that week or to pay for whaterver expenses we agree to have together. I know it may sound like to much to ask, but whomever has shared a flat before knows that clear these things up is the key to living happily ever after! And of course communication and respect for others.
