I, Daniel Filipe de Oliveira Carneiro, born on the 4th of July 1981, single, living in Lamelas- Santo Tirso, 4825-249 door 302, have finished obligatory school and I came by this mean search a job in the Departament of “Extrusão Plana de Neoform Plástico”.
I begun my professional activity on the 6th June 1999 in the company “NeoPlastica, S.A.”. Due to personal motives I stoped to exercise about 4 months ago.
I am an expert in PET, PET-PE,PEEL-EVOH and C-PEH, POLISTERENO and AFORM. I have experince in HCCP, First Aid, Quality Control, Machinery Maintenaince and some experience in electronics.
Due to my experience in machinery I know how to:
Open and close machines to clean them;
Assemble and disassemble cooling rollers:
Change fuses and brushes of motors and change rollers;
Change silica from the heating silos and clean them;
Tune up the machinery for width needed for the production;
Due to my experience in Quality Control I know how to:
Check if the PET is in perfect conditions to be delivered to the costumer;
Work with SAP system (production control, its materials, their comsumptions and wastes;
