My name´s Karima, Im 23 and Im spanish
In the flat we are living Jorge, Chris and me.
Chris is from EEUU and she has to return at home in July.We are lookng for a flatmate about that date.
The flat has TV,telephone,Wifi and central heating in winter.It´s very big, there are 3 rooms,1bath,1kitchen and a livingroom.
The area of the flat is is called Delicias.There are two lines of metro, a train station and many buses. If you have to go to University of Madrid you can be in 15-20 min
YOur room is big and luminous.It has a bed, a closet,two places to keep clothes ( I dont know the name), a big table and bookcases.
The room costs 350€/month including expenses but not telephone/internet.
The deposit for the room is 267€.This money will give you back when you leave to the flat.
