Hi everybody,
There is a room to be rented in our flat.It is a 3 bedroom one.I am a 28 years old guy, Bussines and Management Master degreed, accountant and now also studying Law at the Complutense.I do sports on my sapare time, ex-smoker.English , Italian.Javier is a 29 ,Chemical Engeener Master degreed, now he´s an expert on computers recently working for Accenture
The place is very well commuted to Complutense and Politécnica taking metro line 6-Alto de Extremadura (Moncloa /Pincipe Pío) or catching the bus CM 500 that gets you directly to Callao.Please have a look to it in the map!
There are several small shops, 2 parks ( Casa Campo), gim, and it is very-very quiet but also very-very easy to get into Sala La Ribiera, or getting in Caba Alta for partying (fiesta!)
I have no pictures of the house because of the busy I lastly am, but,... what i can say it wont be easy to find a place like mine in Madrid.
The place is fully furnished and there is nothing needed to start living in it.The bedroom dimensions are 3x4 metres square, the bed 1.35x 1,90m, a study table and a big closet.
A fully equiped kitchen an bedroom, both permanently neat and tidy,with a usefull balcony.I can tell the same about the living room , except that i still have to buy a new tv and that the play-station is also comming pretty soon.
There is also telephone line and it is decided to get internet + digital tv from the first of July.There are several places were it is possible to be connected to internet pretty close to the house, anyway!
The room is being offered to be rented, at the moment.
Third, the rent is 300eur/month + expenses + deposit 1 month.
The "commom expenses" to be monthly paid by everyone are the water, heating, electricity and phone + internet.
I can not tell you the exact amounts they arises till i made a excell expenses-sheet with the invoices we´ve recived the last year.I think they will be in a average of 35 eur at month. Internet costs 40aprox/3 =15 eur/month each(not included in the last calculations)
I hope this would be of any help to you and that you dared to understand my rusty English (it´s much better face to face, by the way) .
