We have done extensive research on Panama Real Estate. We travelled to Panama in May 2007 and have found this developer to be very honest and straight forward. We were looking for a good location and pre-construction prices. Payment terms are very flexible as you only need to pay 4 installments of 5% within one year and the balance when the condo is delivered. (Not like in Mexico, PV, where the prices are much higher and we were asked to pay 90% down and the balance of 10% on delivery of the condo.)

The condos in this development were put up for sale in April 2007. We purchased a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in this development for thousands less than other projects in Panama. This is a fantastic opportunity as Panama is completely under construction from the Panama Canal that is getting an addition, to the marina area. Panama is also looking to expand its tourism industry by giving grants to develop its tourism industry. There is just so much that we found interesting, that we had to purchase a property.
