Hi,

My name is Mercè, I'm catalan. I'm 27, I work in Marketing and I'm smoker (just a little). I rent a room in a 2 room flat (so you would share the flat just with me). It's located in C/ Consell de Cent, 49 2º2ª, with elevator. Next to Tarragona tube station (green line) and 5 real min on foot from Sants (green and blue lines) and Plaza España (red and green lines). 7 min from the center of Barcelona by tube.

The flat is in a corner, so all room are exterior (bedrooms, living room, even the kitchen!!). It's 65m2 and it’s an old building but the distribution is really nice and quite spacious. The flat is with furniture, with fridge, washing machine, oven microwave and heaters. There's internet wifi in the area, so you can conect to internet from home. If nessesary we can talk about installing it at home an we share the cost) :)))

The room is exterior, more or less 16m2 with a double bed, and there's two big wardrobes. With some creativity and a quick visit to Ikea the room will be great!! The best is the private balcony, around 3m2 where you can put a table and a chair and it’s sunny all day.

The rent:

For one person: 450€ per month +25€ bills (TOTAL 475€ per month), with one month deposit (450€)
For a couple: 550€ per month + 50€ bills (TOTAL 600€ per month), with one month deposit (550€)

It's worthy I can tell you. I’m looking for young and nice people, easygoing……. THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER.
