The room has a single bed, a table and a big wardrobe. It is
medium-size and very Light. The flat is to be shared with a young couple
(A Spanish girl and South African guy in their twenties) The flat has a kitchen
(microwave, diswasher, washing machine etc…), bathroom and a big
lounge.
The flat is fully furnitured and is very Light. It has wifi for the
Internet and air conditioniong.
The room is only for september, though longer stay
may be posible. It´s perfect for a person who has just arrived in Madrid and
needs a place to stay untill they find a flat.
It´s 350 € (plus bills) and we ask for another 350 for the deposit (which will be given back to you at the end of the month).
