We rent a room in a flat in a fantastic situation, 7 minuts to walk near Plaça Catalunya (center to Barcelona). Good transport connections (underground Urgell L1 and Sant Antoni L2, airbus, many buses, and 3 bicing stations).
The flat has all accommodations: elevator, wifi, tv, equipped kitchen, microwave, icebox, freezer, washer, big sofas,… very luminous floor.
The room is calm, with a big bed (1m35. for two people), table and an enormous built-in wardrobe - cupboard.
The space in jointly shared is wide and with many possibilities.
Relation between flat mates is agreeable, sociable and calm.
The price is 300€. After costs apart (electricity, water, gas, little sings). Possible couple.
