We are looking for a new flat mate in our 3 bedroom flat, where\'s 1 room free.
Our previous flatmate is going back to her home country and the room is free from 1 February.
We have air condition, heating system, Internet with a telephone (all international calls free!), new washer machine and there\'s a swimming pool in the yard!
The flat is really nice and all furnitures are new, 2 bathrooms.
The flat is at Benimaclet (Alfauir) and there\'s a tram station next to it.
Only 10 minutes to the universities by tram.
It\'s only 200 euros plus bills!!
We are two Spanish boys and we prefer a flat mate who speaks English or Italian and want\'s to learn Spanish.
