We’ve just found a flat we like and now we have two available singles rooms and we’re searching for two great flatmates to share our (future) flat and have a good time. The rent is just incredible (I bet you can’t find cheaper!):
Each room: 100€ per month
+ electricity, water and Internet (bills divided by 4).
The flat is:
At 10 minutes on foot from the faculty of Fine Arts and at 5 minutes on foot from the faculty of Computer Science and Telecomunication.
Buses: the 22 (at 5min on foot) toward Camino de Ronda, the 9 (10 minutes on foot) toward Gran Vía (centre) and Puerta Real, and the 6 (at 3 minutes on foot) toward Gran Vía and Zaidín. Both night buses stop at 10 minutes walking from the flat.
On the 3rd and last floor without lift, in a small pedestrian street.
The flat consists of:
3 bedrooms (the two available rooms have single bed), one bathroom (with a bath), a living-room (with sofas, TV, two round tables, chairs etc.) with a balcony, a kitchen (with everything which allow to call it a “kitchen” (even there is a microwaves)), 2 oil heaters, and Wifi.
The contract:
The flat is to enter in March and to stay in until June included (with the possibility of staying in summer if the agreement is renewed).
The flatmates, we are:
A French-Spanish couple. He is 29, he’s Spanish and he studies a Linguistics Master’s degree as well as he teaches Spanish for some hours a week. She is 24, she’s French and she’s a French teacher.
She will teach 9h in the living-room mentioned above. Therefore it’s important to her and her students that nobody stays in the living-room while she’s teaching 9h a week (just 9h, no more).
We’ll sleep in the only bedroom with double-bed in the flat.
We live with three adorable creatures: two cats and a small dog (a “she”). They’re used to moving house, to sharing their places with other human beings and meeting new flatmates, to travelling… Besides they can adapt to any situation, they’re absolutely affectionate. Anyway, they’re great and you’ll love them, you even may want to take them with you when you leave the flat… but don’t!! Wink
We’ve shared flats for several years, and we’re used to living in multicultural places. We both perfectly speak Spanish, she perfectly speaks French and we both speak English (but he speaks better). We hope we meet flatmates with good vibes, flexible and open-minded people (even alternative).
For the ones who know it, we’re both on Couchsurfing.
We stopped smoking and would prefer the future flatmates don’t usually smoke in the living-room.
We hope our future flatmates are independent without being ghosts, and that we can communicate with them.
