We are looking for a flatmate. Available now!!.
An amazing flat in \"El Carmen\" area, close to \"Plaza El Tossal\". The area is full of restaurants, pubs, and beautiful spaces, like in an old city. It is near the City Hall, \"La Lonja\", etc..
The flat has two bathrooms, it is cosy and spacious. The saloon is huge. All the flat is very sunny, with a nice terrace, air conditioned, internet wi-fi, two fridges, etc...
It has a good athmosphere which makes you to feel at home.
The room has a desk with a chair, closet, shelves, two beds and a little desk. The price is 220 € (full cleaning of the common areas included). Bills are not included (they are more or less 35 € par month, depending the quantity of the bills).
