This year you want to relax, enjoy luxury and have certainty of no rain? Then we have a good opportunity for you! Rent a luxury apartment at the Costa Blanca in the beautiful place Torrevieja. This apartment is situated at a holiday resort with many facilities like 3 swimming pools, golf court and the sea only 200 meters away. The resort itself is built in the typical Spanish style, which make you feel home right away.
Torrevieja is a small town situated in the region of Valencia and is only 30 minutes away from Alicante. This area is known for its beautiful beaches and its nice boulevards. Torrevieja has the longest boulevard of whole Costa Blanca, it is 3 km long. Outside the complex you have a pharmacy, supermarkets, cash machines, restaurants and bars, they are only 5 minutes away from the complex. Also a bus stop is situated 50 meters away from the apartment. Also good to know is that that in the neighbourhood there are two saltwater lakes that are very famous for many people and especially for the Spaniards. Those lakes are very good for your health and skin, so maybe a good idea to visit it once. In the city centre there are many bars and restaurants that will make you enjoy your holiday at the Punta Prima Resort.
The 85m2 apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two individual beds and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms have a bathtub and even have floor heating. The apartment itself has a modern style with a spacious living room and has air conditioning. It is situated at the second floor, and the building has an elevator. The holiday apartment has a big balcony/ terrace of 20 m2, which has a good view on one of the three swimming pools and has a dining table and 4 chairs. The Apartment itself is completely equipped with all the necessary things you need, for example: complete furniture, TV (satellite), DVD, radio, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, water boiler, washing machine, towels and blankets. The owner even took care of all the beach material such as a beach towels, cool box, parasols and comfortable chairs for the beach.
And not to forget, you have your own parking space to park your car after a long journey.
