The villa is situated in a little village called Mesquita Alta and it is a quiet and has a child friendly neighborhood. The villa gives you a lot of privacy because it is built on the hills and there are not many neighbors. The good thing about the location is that it has beautiful views at the see and the village called Sao Bras d´Alportel, especially at night. When arriving at the airport of Faro, it is only 18 kilometers away from the villa. So when stepping into the airplane, you are soon at your destination full of luxury and splendid views, that is just the way to relax and enjoy a good holiday.
Then there is a garden surrounding the villa, this garden has a lot of fruit trees and many colorful flowers and plants which make you feel Mediterranean. These trees also provide you with a lot of shade during the hot summer. There are also a lot of bars in this area; especially in Sao Bras d´Alportel there are many affordable and good restaurants where you can have a lovely dinner.
The first floor of the villa consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The big American kitchen of 25 m2 has all the equipment needed, such as microwave, dish washer and washing machine. Nice about this kitchen is that it has a separate dining area in the kitchen. Than you have the living room, it consists of modern furniture such as two couches and a luxury chair. The living room is divided into two areas, the lounge area with TV and another dining area. The bedroom gives room for 2 people and they have a separate bathroom at this floor with a toilet.
The second floor has 3 other bedrooms; one master bedroom for two persons, a children’s bedroom and another bedroom which gives space for four persons. On this floor you have two modern bathrooms with tub, sink, shower, toilet and bidet. All the bed material is included in the price, such as sheets, blankets and towels.
But there is much more! The villa has a big swimming pool which is totally child friendly which includes a Pool house as well. There is a huge Roof Terrace on top of the villa which gives you amazing views over the Algarve. There is another terrace at ground floor that you can use every morning when reading the newspaper with your coffee and enjoy the view and the quietness. Also an outside barbeque is available to relax and enjoy your dinner at the terrace. And not to forget proper parking space for a car is available to go out and explore the lovely Algarve in Portugal!

If rented for 8 persons, 10% extra is charged.
