The area surrounding the apartment;

The Bowie apartment is situated in the heart of the old city, in El Carmen. The guest staying at this great apartment can be choosing from all the cafes, bars and restaurants at your walk step or browsing through the fabulous one off boutiques walking in minutes. The apartment is a short walk from the Cathedral, which is very much worth a visit; and about a 5 minute walk to the largest fruit and vegetable market in Europe which is the oldest part of the city and from there another 2 minutes to the Council Hall square. It is a maze of interconnecting streets linking with squares.

The apartment;

The open plan apartment is fully equipped and furnished to very high standards. As you entered you will find the living room with a table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa bed suitable for the 4th guest where you can relax and watch some TV. There is a half bathroom in between the living room and the kitchen (as you can see in the photographs) that also has all the mod cons necessary to make you feel at home.

An old style bath, a separate toilet, two wash basin and the beautifully designed shower is in between the kitchen and the two bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A GLASS DOOR ON THE SHOWER ROOM.

The magnificent double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and wardrobe space to hang your clothes. Next to it, there is a single bedroom, both with windows.

The entire apartment is fantastic, the style and the decoration are all expertly executed to create a calm and soothing apartment; any guest coming to Valencia, be it for business or pleasure, should not miss out on this great opportunity...!!!
