Este video lo hice hace algunos meses cuando entré al piso, la habitación que aparece NO es la que se alquila.
La habitación que se alquila es muy amplia (unos 15 m2), tiene una cama doble king-size (1,5x2 metros), estantería,mesita de noche, mesa amplia de estudio y un gran armario. Es una habitación muy cómoda para una pareja. En vez de ventana tiene una puerta de cristal con cortina y persiana, que da al exterior a través de la galería.
Disponible los meses de JULIO Y AGOSTO (se puede hablar sobre septiembre si te hace falta) a partir del 1 de Julio (también se puede retrasar la entrada hasta el 7 de julio y se descontaría la parte proporcional)
Precio para DOS personas: 320€ Al mes (si eres sólo 1 dímelo y concretamos)

The flat is in the 3rd floor of a building with 2 elevators and caretaker, located 20 meters away from Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, near the university area and the beach.
It has three rooms, two complete bathrooms, complete kitchen (also with washing machine), living room, a little terrace and a gallery. It\'s in very good condition, you can see it in this video:

This was filmed some months ago when I first entered here, the room that appears here is NOT the announced room.
The available room is much bigger (around 15 square meters), has a king size double bed (1,5x2 meters), night table, bookcases, a spacious study table and a huge 3-doors cupboard. It\'s perfect for a couple. Instead of window there is a glass door with courtains and blinds with light from the outside through the gallery.
It is available for the months of JULY and AUGUST (tell me if you also need september, we can talk about it) starting the 1st of july (if you don\'t need it that early, it could be the 7th and I would disccount the proportional part of the price)

If you need it less time, tell me and we can talk about it.
