¡¡¡Hola!!!
Estamos buscando a una persona(26-32 años) que venga compartir y vivir en nuestro memorable pisito por Cuzco/Tetuan para entrar a partir de Julio. El piso esta muy bien situado a 10 min. andando de Plaza Castilla, y las paradas de Metro de Cuzco (linea 10) y Tetuán (linea 1) a 5.
La casa es un poquito antigua, estilo Cuentame total, pero tiene encanto y es acogedora. La habitacion es mediana, con ventana exterior y completamente amueblada, lista para habitar. La casa es una casa real, un hogar, con salón y cocina donde hacemos nuestra vida en común. Los gastos van a parte aprox 50€;, y se dividen entre 4 (luz, gas natural, agua e internet wi-fi).
Buscamos una persona abierta con la que convivir y compartir no solo nuestro pisito sino también un poco de nuestras vidas. Nada de compañeros que no se hablan y se encierran en su habitación, POR FAVOR!
Somos dos chicas y un chico de Barcelona, Alicante y Polonia, todos trabajadores (música, periodismo e informática) entre 26 y 32 años y a principios de Junio nos deja nuestro otro compañero y se queda 1 habitación libre. Hasta ahora hemos disfrutado del equilibrio chicas/chicos...
El precio serían 300€ de fianza y 300€/mes + gastos.

We are looking for a young and nice person who would like to live with us in our flat in the Cuzco/Tetuan area from July. The flat is very well located - 10 min by foot to Plaza de Castilla, with the metro stations in Cuzco (line 10) and Tetuan (line 1)of 5 min.
Our flat is a little bit old, but has an unique atmosphere. The middle sized room has the external window and all necessary furniture, ready to move in. The flat is a real home with the living room and the kitchen, where we share our life. The bills are about 50€ and include electricity, gas, water and wi-fi internet.
We are looking for an open-minded person,non-smoker, who would share not only the flat with us, but also a little bit of our lifes... Noone who stays alone in his/her room only. PLEASE!
We are two girls and one boy (of Barcelona, Alicante and Poland) , workers, between 26-32, and in the end of June our other flatmate is going to leave us and we\'ll have one spare room to rent. Until now we have been living with various people..
The price would be 300€ of the bond/deposit and 300€ per month + bills (50€).
