Hello Everyone!!
I have a great room in a great flat for rent because I am going on vacation
from JULY 10 to OCT 1. I prefer to rent for the whole time I am gone but it is possible to rent for a shorter amount of time!!
Price: 300 per month for August and Spetember 250 for July 10-31
ALL BILLS INCLUDED...WIFI TOO!!!!
The room is medium size and includes a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase and interior window.
The flat is huge, with two floors and two terraces. The first floor is the living room and dining room and a small terrace. The second floor is the kitchen, bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with room for sunbathing!
The flat is shared with 3 roommates ( 2 boys, 1 girl) who speak Spanish, Catalan and some English.
The flat is located in Calle Sant Germa 11 Atico 1, is five minutes walking to the metro Pl. Espanya (L3 Green or L1 Red ) and only 4 stops from the center (Pl Catalunya). If you are on vacation you will be very close to many sights such as the MNAC Museum, Caixa Forum, Poble Espanol, The Magic Fountians and Montjuic Mountain. If you are a local you will enjoy a quiet neighborhood with quick access to areas like Parallel and the Raval which are in walking distance.

Tengo un buen habitacion en un piso maravilloso para alquiler desde el 11 de Julio hasta el 1 de Octubre. Quiero alquilerlo para todo el tiempo pero tambien hay posibildad de alquiler para un tiempo mas corto!!
Precio- 300 cada mes por Agosto y Septiembre 250 por dias 10-31 de Julio
TODOS LOD GASTOS SON INCUIDOS....WIFI TAMBIEN!!!
La habitacion es una mediana y tiene un cama doble, estanteria, armario y ventana interior.
El piso es grandisimo!! Hay dos plantas. La de abajo tiene el salon, comedor y un terraza pequena.
Arriba hay la cocina, los habitaciones, 2 banos y otro terraza mas grande con espacio para tomar el sol!
El piso es compartido con 3 personas ( 2 chicos, 1 chica) que hablan Castellano, Catalan y un poco de Ingles.
El direcion del piso es Calle Sant Germa 11, Atico 1, es 5 minutos andando a el metro Pl Espanya ( L3 Verde o L1 Rojo)y es 4 paradas de el centro de cuidad (Pl Catalunya). Si estas de vacaciones puede mirar todos los cosas cercas como el Museo MNAC, CAIXA FORUM, Poble Espanol, La Fuente Magica y Montjuic. Si ya vives aquí puede gustar un barrio tranquilo que tambien es cerca de el centro!!
