The rent is 350€ per month (bills not included) and no deposit is required. The flat itself has three rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area and a patio. There is TV, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.
It is located 15 minutes walking distance from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Campus de la Comunicació), just opposite to the Poblenou underground station (L4) and a bus stop with connections to the center of the city.
The area is very calm and nice, pretty close to the beach and with the Rambla Poblenou a few meters from the flat, all full of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. Some supermarkets, a library, a gym and a pool are all within a short walking distance.
You will be sharing the flat with a 22 year-old female Journalism student who is seeking a non-smoker, clean, tidy and respectful flatmate, who will treat the flat like her/his own house and who respects privacy.
