Host family rents a room to international students in Tenerife.
The house is located in Maria Jiménez, a residential area at 2 km from the center of Santa Cruz , 1 km from “Teresitas” beach and 10 km from La Laguna, the university city. It has good connections with the public transport (a bus to the center every 10 min that takes 5min). It is a nice and spacious house, full furnitured and with all types of facilities and nice gardens.
A room (single or double) is available on a half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (all meals) Couples are accepted. Private bathroom too. It is full equipped (access to internet, TV, wardrobes, desk and chair, etc)
Price pppw: 150 euros (half board)
Price pppm: 450 euros (hafl board)
* Price will vary depending on the choice (single / double or half / full board)
Price includes: all bills, internet access, local calls, cleaning and laundry.
Students are allowed to share the commons areas such as living room, kitchen and terraces and garden. S/he will be able to chat with the family and feel confortable and like at home.
