Hola, la habitación que ofrezco está en la zona Pedregalejo/el Palo en la zona éste de Málaga. Está a cinco minutos andando de la playa y de la parada del autobús para ir al centro y hay tiendas, supermercados, bares y restaurantes y salida a la autovía muy cerca. Es una zona residencial, tranquila y bonita. La habitación es grande (doce metros cuadrados) con cama doble, mesa de ordenador y armario empotrado grande y hay una ventana que da a un jardincito. La zona de los inquilinos tiene una salita con TV y un cuarto de baño completo. El ambiente es tranquilo, respetuoso y mantenemos la casa limpia y ordenada. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos, wifi, y teléfono.
Hi, I rent a room in the area of Málaga called El Palo/Pedregalejo on the eastern side. It is five minutes from the beach and the bus stop which takes you to the center. There are shops, restaurants, bars and the entrance to the highway right next to us. The area is residential, very quiet and pretty. The room is large (twelve meters square) with a double bed, a table and chair, a built-in closet and there is a large window overlooking a garden. The area where the guests live has its own lounge with a sofa and TV and a full bath. The atmosphere is quiet, respectful and we keep the house clean and tidy. The kitchen and utilities are shared, there is wifi and a telephone for national calls
