La Habitación es exterior y soleado, da a un parque.
Puedo mandar fotos si te interesa. Se alquila por meses o semanas con el opción de quedar hasta verano si nos llevamos bien. Precio 225€ a mes mas gastos, 150€ quincena mas gastos.

The flat is situated close to the Football Stadium/ beach in the new town. It is close to two large supermarkets and the Estadio train station and bus stops are two minutes from the flat.
The room looks onto a park and is nice and sunny, Wi-Fi is available as well as TV etc...
I am looking to rent the flat for anything from a week to months. The option of staying until summer or beyond is also available if we get along well. 225€ per month plus bills, 150€ plus bills for two weeks.
