Alquilamos habitación con mucha solera, con preciosas vistas sobre la UPV y con mucho mucho solete!! La casa está recién reformada, es muy acogedora y está completamente equipada (electrodomésticos nuevos, ascensor, calefaccion...). Muy cerca de las universidades, centro, y principales monumentos de la ciudad. No importa vuestra edad, país de procedencia, ni el tiempo que queráis estar en la casa. Sólo que seáis personas tranquilas, ordenadas y respetuosas con la convivencia. Mandadnos un e-mail contándonos un poco de vosotros/as, y quedamos para que vengáis a ver la casa. Os gustará.

We rent 1 independent rooms, with beautiful panoramical views and with loooots of light!!The flat has just been completely refurbished, it's really cozy and completely equiped (new electrical appliances, lift, wood floor, gas heating...). We live just ten minutes walking to the most important city monuments and UPV/UV (Universities).We don't mind about your age, citizenship or lenght of your stay with us, but we would like to meet a quiet, tidy and respectful person.
