I'm looking for an easy going girl able to share a room with another girl.

The place is very close (less than 5 min. walking) to Legazpi metro station (Lines 3 and 6) and also close (about 10 min. walking) to Delicias train station.

It's located inside a quiet private community.

The flat is quite nice, with a big living room, good kitchen and a terrace. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The bedroom to share is okay for 2 persons. It has 2 wardrobes and it's own bathroom.

I expect to build up an international young atmosphere.

For the moment we'll be 3 (2 girls and 1 guy). I'm Spanish but also speak English.

The price includes the community expenses and the internet connection.
