I am looking for a neat and quiet roommate to share a space with another young woman. The apartment is located in the Barrio del Pilar (North Madrid), 5 minutes from the metro Avda. De la Ilustracion (line 7. naranja) and 10 minutes from the commercial center la vaguada. Quiet area and convenient access to public transportation.
Price: 280 Euro, possibly reduced to 200 € in exchange for English lessons. Includes utilities- How water, heat, and electricity.
