We're two flatmates renting a spacious 4 bedroom flat and we're looking for a 3ª person to share with us.

-Transport: excellent location, 5 min walk to underground stop Las Tablas (linea 10) 20 min metro ride to the centre of Madrid, exits to the main roads M-40/M-30
-Parking space (underground carpark)
-A 5 min walk to restaurant and pub area as well as local supermarkets and shops.
We're looking for someone that is looking to stay for at least 1 year. **Will send photos on request.
