135 E/night for maximum 5 people or 2 couples; 25 euros extra person. Big group negotiable! Deposit of 250 Euros which will be given back at the end of your stay (provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal wear). Cleaning fee - 50 Euros. Especial events, exhibitions, new year 25% extra charge.(In case you are a firm and need receipt, taxes will not be included).
