SITUATION
The beauty building where is situated our apartment is in the city center.
The area is called ‘’Quadrat d’ Or’ ’because is delimited by the four big avenues of the city: : the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, the commercial Diagonal Av., the peaceful Passeig de Sant Joan and the busy Gran Via. This area is one of the most select areas of Barcelona.
There is a lot of famous modernist buildings and another monuments next to the apartment: La Sagrada Familia designed by Antonio Gaudi one of the most important historic and cultural symbols of Barcelona, La Pedrera, La Casa Batllló, La Casa de les Punxes, el Hospital de Sant Pau…..
The Eixample Quarter has a great variety of restaurants, bars and discos. Here can be found very different styles: design, traditional and informal.
From the apartment, by the Passeig the Gracia you need 10- 15 minutes walking to arrive at Catalunya Square, the door of the Ancient City. Near of the apartment you find the Gracia ‘s Quarter where there is a very busy night live and a bib variety od shops.
There is a parking near of the apartment (7 minutes walking) with low charge and possibility of a weekly or daily ticket.
Five minutes walking up Girona Street from the apartment, we can take the underground t (Line 4 -5 Verdaguer Station) until Sants Station, where direct trains and buses will lead you to the airport.; It can also be taken the underground (L4 Line) until the Gothic quarter, the shopping center and the beach.
CHARACTERISTICS
The apartment has been recently renovated into modern design and large and bright rooms.
It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, spacious -chamber living room, two bathrooms, and a fully fitted kitchen.
