We have a studio for rent during the summer months, (June, July, August and September)
It is a small but very bright , ideal for 2 or 3 persons who will work during a time in Ibiza. It is not Luxery but is has all the facilities needed to stay there during the summer.
It can be rented by month or we can make a special arrangement for people who are interested renting it for 3 full months.
It has a kitchen, bathroom and a mainroom (sleeping and livingroom in one) a extra bed or sofabed can be placed if needed.
The community garden has a swimmingpool, in general quiet located and very close to the Pacha club.
We prefer seeking for a couple or friends who are responsable during there stay.
Price per month: 680€, if you rent it for a longer time than 2 month we can low down the price to 650€ per month.
