Hi, we are offering one roomate female.
The room is cute, 10m2 aprox. with bed, big closet, table, chair, mirror, lamps… The bedroom is divided in two private rooms one has the bed and other with the rest. The apartament is 90m2 completly restored in a tipical old house of eixample. The floor is wood, the ceilings are high and all the necessary things are and they work, tv, dvd, washmachine, microwave… adsl, phone… the expenses are not included in the price, depends if we spend more or less, aprox. (40€ per month all). The comunications are really good because you have:
metro, L3,L5
ferrocarril, gracia or provença
train, renfe, Passeig de Gracia
buses, 6, 15, 16, 17, 22, 24, 28, 33, 34, 39…
night buses, N4,N5 ..
