The Job Delivers pre-sales support information (e.g. product & price information) and post-sales support (e.g. how to operate/start an instrument). Evaluate further customer needs and route the call appropriately to either sales or support organizations.

Requirements Excellent level of English. good verbal skills
May require some higher education or specialized training/certification.

Previous experience/knowledge in Analytical Techniques as GC, GC-MS, LC,LC-MS, CE, UV-Vis, Genomics, etc. and/or SW and informatics is appreciated
Working Hours Flexible, can be part time or full time.
