In my nice flat (you share with one women of 32 from france with roof terrace (50m) next the station sants , I rente 2 bedrooms

a double room:

Comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m
This room has a window and is very sunny and quiet!


a midle ROOM:

Comfortable single bed,
This room also has a window and is very sunny!

Both of the rooms are at the back of the house where it´s very quiet!

RENTING?

You pay per night for the room, so not for the amount of people using it!

Max. 2 people for the BIG room and 1 person for the SMALL room.


The BIG room is 45 euro per night and the SMALL room is 35 euro per night. . When you are with 3 people: min. 4 nights and max. 7 nights stay.

** a great roof terrace of 50m2 with shower

Everything you need, is in the flat, like:

* washing machine
* stereo
* toaster
* hair dryer

My flat is situated in the area Sants, which is very cosy, has no tourists and is full of real people. Loads of shops & supermarkets around and the daily fresh market is just around the corner.

Beautiful and impressive Plaza España is only 2 metro stops or 10 minutes walk away, just as a big green zone: Montjuic mountain, with a lot of musea, Poble Español, the Fira, the magic fountains (one of my favorites!) and other touristic attractions.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Public transport towards the city center and beach are close by:

Metro line 1: direct to Plaça Catalunya in 6 stops (which is 8 to 10 minutes: in Spain the distances between the metro stops are very small!)
Metro line 5: direct to Estacion de Sants and the Sagrada Familia.
Bus to the beach Barceloneta & night busses can be found at 5 minutes walk.
The (Aero) bus to Barcelona Airport just 2 metro stops away (at Placa Espanya)
Trains to Girona, Sitges, Tarragona or Madrid at 10 minutes walk distance
