It is in a three rooms share flat . The flat is really nice, new and modern with a bathroom, a living room and an American kitchen. We have all the staffs of a house: washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, tv, line telephone, and wifi.
The location is great, 6 minutes walking to underground, 13 minutes to Ciudad Universitaria, 10 to Moncloa, there are also lots of buses to city centre, 7 minutes to sol, 15 to Opera, also to Atocha Renfe. There are two night buses from city centre to the flat.
Bills not included in the price, about 25-35 euros per month.
