Ubicada en los alrededores del bonito pueblo de Santa Gertrudis localizado en el centro de la Isla, la casa esta a 9 Kms. De la ciudad de Ibiza y de la playas mas cercanas, y a tan solo 500/600 m. del pueblo en un área muy tranquila.La casa tiene un agradable campo de naranjos alrededor de esta, (un trabajador pasa cada mañana a regar los árboles, sin causar molestias alguna). En la parte frontal de la casa esta la piscina en lo alto vallada con barras de seguridad, tiene un hermoso jardín con mesas y sillas, también tiene un bonito porche, desde donde tenemos 3 entradas a la casa, una hacia las 3 habitaciones, otra a la cocina y la ultima para el salón-comedor con Barbacoa interior.En el interior la casa tiene salón-comedor, cocina y tres habitaciones, una doble, una matrimonial y una triple con dos baños pequeños con duchas.En la parte trasera de la casa principal hay una casita con dos dormitorios mas, uno doble, otro matrimonial y un baño para ambas.

This house is located in the surroundings of the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis, right in the centre of the island, at 9 kms from Ibiza town and its beaches, and only 500/600 metres from the town on a very quiet area. The house has very nice cultivated orange trees around the house where a worker passes every early morning to water the trees ( no disturb at all) On the front part of the house there is a high swimming pool protected with save bars and a lovely garden with table, chairs, and porch area.
From the porch we have three entrances, one to the 3 bedroom, another one to the kitchen and the 3rd one to the barbecue dining room. In the house we have a dining room, 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and a triple) with 2 small shower bathrooms, and a kitchen.
On the back part of the house there is another small house with other two bedrooms (a double and a twin) with a bathroom for both.
