Lovely new house in traditional and colonial style, located at 3 km from San Rafael, 10 km from Ibiza town and 9 km from San Antonio, this house on the top of a hill, surrounded by land, quietness and pool has smashing views over San Antonio bay and its sunsets. House with two levels, has on the bottom level a nice living room, connected to the dining area and to an open complete kitchen. From here there is a door that connects to and outside dining place, to the bbq area and to the pool area. From the living room, a hall connects to the other side of the house, the bedroom area. On the bottom floor there are three bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double with a complete bathroom.
