This apartment is situated in the third floor of an old, restored building. The total area is 30mts2. The double bedroom counts with a queen size bed and a closed. There´s also a collapsible table that can work as a desk. The living-dining room has an extra bed and a table per 4 people. Both window and balcony offer a view to the tipical streets of Gracia. The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric stoves and microwave. The utensils are enough for 4 or 5 people to eat at the apartment. The bathroom has a tub and the boiler works with electricity. We provide towels.

The apartment is situated in an old building recently restored. Gracia is one of the neighborhoods that form the city of Barcelona and it’s easy to perceive it as a very special place. The same people from Barcelona have a part of responsibility in it, because they have converted the zone in a place of nocturnal leisure... and diurnal leisure (the festivals of Gracia during the month of August, are some of the most famous and concurred of the city) Gracia has an own character that is perfectly understood travelling through the many small streets and plazas that they leave to our encounter. The street, called Mozart, is full of pubs and restaurants that make the place so lively, specially on weekend nights.
