Responsible for phone / remote support of film and digital conversion studios which includes support of DataVantage POS software, Lucas POS software, Express Digital image photo software, PC hardware, and Networking equipment.
Responsible for imaging POS systems, PC’s and servers
Responsible resolving server issues
Product champion for in house software i.e. ED, Lucas and Datavantage
Level 3
Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

At least 3-5 Years technical experience
In depth knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server Operating System and TCP /IP.
Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting LAN and DSL WAN connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolving NetApp storage array devices.
Responsible for creating and modifying images, backup and maintenance scripts.
