The SkyView Pro 80ED combines the best value in high-end refractors today with the stability and precision of our SkyView Pro equatorial mount — for one very attractive price. We’ve outfitted the SVP 80ED’s 2" Crayford-type focuser with a 2" mirror star diagonal. It accommodates 2" or 1.25" eyepieces, and we include two 1.25" Sirius Plossls plus an 8x40 finder scope. This version of the SVP 80ED comes with the IntelliScope Computerized Upgrade Kit. It transforms your scope into a fully computerized object-finding whiz, capable of pinpointing more than 14,000 celestial objects with pushbutton ease. This nonmotorized system is compatible with optional TrueTrack electronic drives, so objects can be tracked after they are located.
