BIG ROOM ON SHARED FLAT ON AVENIDA DE AMERICA

We have one room for rent in a shared flat in Avenida de América, for an English spoken student. 290 € + taxes.

We are two Spanish students, looking for a foreign student to practise English, but we will of course help you to improve your spanish.

The flat is in av. de America, very close to the Metro station. The area is quite good, we have four underground lines (4,2,7,9) and many buses providing excellent connections to the city centre and more. Even the night bus practically stops on our door step. We have a 24 hour shop 25 metres away; very useful. There is a public gym and swimming pool very close by. There are supermarkets, banks and bars for all parts of the neighbourhood.

The flat has a big living room with a terrace, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms.
The room available is quite big and well iluminated; it has a big closet, double bed, a big desk, a chair and some shelves.

The owner does contracts for one year, but if you have to go before that year ends, you only have to tell the owner one month before. But the owner wants someone who will stay here more than 6 months.

The room is available from the 01th September, however if you have things you would like to leave in a safe place, we have space to put them until you move in.
