Se alquila habitación en magnífico piso en Moncloa junto Complutense
Se alquila una habitación a chico/a no fumador/a en un magnífico piso compartido junto a los Arcos de la Moncloa. Estamos enfrente del Metro Moncloa (Líneas 3 y 6), a dos minutos Arguelles (Línea 4), y a cinco a pie de la Complutense.
El piso tiene dos baños nuevos, una cocina recién instalada con todas las comodidades (lavavajillas, horno o vitrocerámica, por ejemplo), además de un salón gigante con tres ambientes para hacer vida común, e Internet WI-FI, en toda la casa.
Trabajo como investigador en la Universidad Complutense y busco personas sociables (english, italian and french speakers are more than welcomed) para convivir al menos hasta el final del curso académico en junio. El precio de las habitaciones es de 450 euros (comunidad y limpieza periódica de las zonas comunes incluida).

A room to let within an incredible flat in Moncloa close to the Complutense
I rent the rooms to non smoker male/females student or workers, in a brilliant flat in front of the Moncloa Archs (Metro Stations Moncloa (lines 3 and 6) and Arguelles (line 4), and five minutes walking to the Complutense University.
It is a four single rooms flat, with two new bathrooms and a completely just now refurbished kitchen with oven, dishwasher or vitro cooking system, included. Furthermore, you could enjoy a huge living room with three different atmospheres to socialize, and WIFI connection all over the flat.
I work as a researcher within the Complutense University, and look for easy-going people (foreign speakers are more than welcomed) to flat-sharing at least until next June. The room price is 450 euro (building taxes and common flat zones periodic cleaning included).
