Location: Madrid
Engagement Manager is responsible for scoping and closing Services sales and overseeing the successfully delivery of projects and associated resources.
Key deliverables and associated activities:
• Operational Excellence
o Responsible for closing services opportunities
• Establish bill rate
• Produce statement of work/contract
• Sign off on contracts per signature authority
o Responsible for managing customer/Partner engagement execution to drive positive customer/Partner satisfaction on engagement
o Shared responsible for forecast, backlog, and pipeline management of projects
o Management of IP ownership
o Strong business development skills
• Engagement and project management skills to drive engagement lifecycle and meet predefined project deliverables, timelines, and budget
o Escalation point for customer/Partner satisfaction issues
o Adhere to tools process and deadlines
• Strategy Implementation
o Assists in driving new business to insure on target with mission blended with local objectives
o Strong communications at all levels and appropriate for audience
• Strategic Leadership
o Responsible for communication with project team including Microsoft, Partner and Customer resources
o Strong cross-group collaboration with legal, sales, product development, partners and support
o Provide formal regular written feedback on all project resources
o Strong management skills to direct large virtual teams
o Works with project team to create a positive engagement experience for consultants
• May include people management
Requirements
5+ years experience in leading consulting teams
- Passion for service quality and customer satisfaction
- Proven sales & negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of sales processes, such as opportunity and account revenue planning as well as proven deal closure
- Fluent English
- Vertical know how in telecommunications, government, retail or financial
- Proven team leadership and project management experience
- Experienced in security and infrastructure deploy projects.
