The role of Manager Membership Travel Service Spain(MTS) requires an outstanding commercial and customer service delivery leader who can drive exceptional product and service value to ICSS’s most prestigious and High Value Cardmembers in the Spanish market. The Centurion, Platinum and Gold delivers Travel and Lifestyle services unequalled in the market place. Maintaining and enhancing this competitive advantage needs continuous focus on: - Driving development of compelling travel product and service offerings which position MTS at the forefront of Travel and Lifestyle value, vs other Travel and Lifestyle competitors in the marketplace. -Resolving Cardmember requests and issues to optimise Customer, Shareholder and Employee value -Implementing World Class premium service delivery processes with appropriate technologies and effective support from internal and external service providers - Optimising cost/benefit by ensuring best in the industry productivity, focus on profitable revenue streams, and appropriate and competitive service pricing -Selection, developing and motivating MTS Travel and Lifestyle servicing employees to meet and exceed Cardmembers expectations across a range of services within financial targets which guarantee acceptable returns to American Express. The Spain Centurion and Platinum/Gold Travel and Lifestyle Service is currently provided by a team of around 30 staff with specialist skills in all the principal elements of the services provided. The current annualised travel turnover managed is above 10 million USD sales, with a managed cost base of over US$ 2,5 millions across Travel and Lifestyle servicing. These figures will continue to grow rapidly, in line with ICSS strategies of aggressive growth in Premium segment.
