Barcelona: cosy and spacious double room per days

The room is big and spacious (25m2) with a double bed, two armchairs, nice wardrobe, table and chairs, a fan and two pretty and sunny balconies. The environment o the room is charm, cosy and pleasant.
There is two toilets and you can use the kitchen freely untill 9pm. We provide linen and towels. In the appartment we live Albert and I -Ester- coleagues and room mates for years. This is a great spot from where to get to know Barcelona and we are good advisers.
The flat is in a renovated historical building (1885). The room looks over a well known beautiful square of the walkabout central neighbourhood of Gracia, the popular artisan area. It's also great to walk down Gotic passing by various must visit buildings and places, communications are very easy, from walk to metro, bus, etc, all of it quick and easy to go everywhere in Barcelona.
Here you can take a break, have a week hollyday (up to 10 days) or stay for courses or training stays in a beautiful home with spanish/english speaking owners, friendly and educated.
